Corrections to business details

Factual details about your business (name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, services you offer) can be corrected when you provide the right information along with documentation we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place across future data refreshes.

Disputing your score

Scores are never changed by hand. A dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong: the listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were tied to your business in error, or a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. When you file a dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Removing your listing

Your listing will be removed if your business is permanently closed, if it is a duplicate of another entry in the guide, or if it falls outside the scope of this directory. We also run a monthly verification cycle that automatically finds and removes closed businesses. If your business is currently open and accurately described, we will decline a removal request and explain why.

How we respond
